Zeeuws spek
Product description
Zeeuws spek is a regional specialty from Zeeland (the Netherlands) with a deliciously sweet taste, made of a piece of streaky bacon without a rind. This product is cooked low and slow, before being smoked. The thickness of the belly can vary between approx. 3.5 and 5 cm and its shape can be round or flat.
